Food for Men Who Want to Have Children

     In addition to chemical exposure, poor nutrition is one of the major causes of infertility for men. If you are struggling to have a child and your wife pregnant, you should begin to notice a serious diet every day.
     Here is a list of foods and their nutrients are recommended by nutritionists for a man who plans to have children.

 - Vitamin A

- Vitamin C
