How to Create a Muscular Body Without Fitnes


Having a body with an ideal height and weight are in want a lot of people, because then you only have one more step to form an athletic body. With an athletic body, then we can get a variety of benefits, pleasing to the eye and add to the confidence in the person who has it.

Make muscular body requires effort and commitment wholeheartedly, because it must pass through a long process to get there.

If you currently have an ideal body weight, but height is still lacking. So do sports, which can stimulate the growth of the body, the consumption of food and drink full of nutrition.

If you currently have an ideal height, but has a weight that is too heavy, then do exercise to lose weight you are the type of cardio exercise and a healthy diet do for your purpose.

1. Push Up 

Is a movement that your body focuses on both hands. Movement up and down can train and strengthen your hand muscles.

2. Sit Up 

Supine sleeping position at first, then get up without moving or lifting both feet, that movement is called Sit Up. This exercise will shape your stomach muscles, thus forming a visible athletic. Most people call the stomach muscles is formed by the term Six Pack.

3. Squat Jump 

Hand position is stored in the back of the head, squat down and then stand up and jump as high as possible. Jump Squat movement will train your leg muscles.

4. Pull Up 

That is the weight lifting exercises for our body with both hands, so that the hand is parallel to our chests. Pull Up The movement can form your chest and arm muscles. 

That's some way to make the body muscular workout that is easy and simple and can be done at home. Please practice and schedule exercise every day so that your body gradually formed itself.

All the above motion exercises have covered everything from hands to build muscle, leg muscles, abdominal muscles and the muscles of your arms.
